By creating an account or using any Pixora Hosting service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Pixora Hosting provides Minecraft server hosting built on the Pterodactyl panel, including a free tier and paid tiers described on our Pricing page. Plan details, resource limits, and availability may change — the Pricing page always reflects the current offering.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep it up to date. Accounts may be created directly or via Google/Discord sign-in.
You agree not to use the service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.
[Edit this section once your payment method is live.] Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law or stated in our refund policy.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause downtime. [Add any specific SLA or uptime commitment here if you decide to offer one.]
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything you can't afford to lose. While we take reasonable steps to protect server data, we are not liable for data loss.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, non-payment, or abuse. Free-tier servers that remain inactive for an extended period [define the period] may be reclaimed.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixora Hosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
